Appalling Treatment received from Management after being sold maggot infested biltong

On March 26 we received the most appalling treatment after being sold Maggot infested biltong from the local Pick n Pay in Franschhoek. May I add I ingested the biltong and the customer service team along with the store manager gave us terrible treatment and for a moment continued serving biltong to other customers - I told them to shut it down. Compensation offered at the time was droe wors my health was not considered. I flagged this through the central customer service team and back forth with owner we received a R250 shopping voucher and gift basket ???? We’ve been very respectful in our approach and dis not run to social media - however after the entire ordeal and ill treatment we received I felt the need to post this here. I declined the compensation as I feel they could have done better.
