Appalling service-Pick n Pay Goodwood Mall

Absolutely disgraceful service from Pick n Pay at the Goodwood mall. We ordered 2 cooked chickens the previous day. We were told that we could pick it up the next morning. On arriving at Pick n Pay to collect we were told that they do not have any chickens despite our ordering the previous day. The woman was not interested at all about the fact that we had placed an order and they had not followed through on the service that they said they would provide. Absolutely appalling service from Pick n Pay's.
