Appalling service from Bottles (the home delivery arm of Pick 'n Pay, as I understand it.)

I ordered from bottles at 12:45 yesterday. Half the order arrived at 17:15, with the second driver apparently on his way. I am still waiting, and it is now 24 hours later! I have had no reply to my emails to Bottles, other than the automated replies. It is most frustrating that their phone number has been discontinued!
