APPALLING SERVICE

Today my daughter and I went to Pick n Pay 14th Avenue Clothing to exchange some items her father bought for her in Fourways. Unbeknown to us we misplaced the receipt, after trying to find something to exchange for unfortunately we couldn't find anything. My daughter asked the lady if she can either give her a gift card or credit card, the woman treated us as if WE STOLE the clothes the way she took the clothes out of the packet and told us that SHE needs a receipt she said it RUDELY. I didn't like nor appreciate her tone, here I was singing praises of the shop as I work all the way in Northgate. I pass Randridge Mall, Honeycomb and leave Northgate all these shops sell clothes and I decided to go there to be treated like a piece of.. NO. I like the quality of PnP clothing but after today's treatment my baby does no deserve such treatment. I'm appalled.. I regret telling my friends about your clothes but this can always can be undone by me telling them about the terrible service I received at one of your stores.
