Appalling Service at Pick n Pay Helikon Park, Randfontein

Bought groceries while using a basket, but I added more items while paying. So I obviously needed a trolley to take the goods to my car. I requested the trolley in the next cashier as there were no customers. Didn't the packer tell me that I let the previous person go with the small trolley, now she must go get another one??? The nerve!! Needless to say I demanded that trolley and left with it. The rudest and laziest person ever! I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth, not sure if I'll ever go there again ..
