Appalling Service at Pick n Pay Chili Lane

The lack of customer service at Pick n Pay is really appalling. I bought a bowl of tripe and rolls for lunch, when i got to the office and opened the take away bowl the office reeked of burnt meat... it was worse when i tasted it. It is inedible!!! When i called the store to report it the guy who answered the phone literally told me there is nothing they can do about it! i am so livid!
