Appalling service and no improvement for a few years now

I would’ve given a zero rating but it’s not possible. The worst retail delivery service on offer in South Africa. There is always an issue - either their IT systems are not synced or they are late to deliver or there’s an issue with the payment system or they push my delivery to the next day without me being alerted on the app when I order. Every order I’ve placed has had an issue; from a few years ago till now when I decided to give them a chance again. My disappointment is an understatement. Fortunately there are better retail delivery systems so we are not completely stuck. But I think perhaps Pick n Pay should stick to in store shopping only. The delivery system needs a store willing to invest in a system that works for the customer.
