Appalling Service

I went to Pick n pay in Aston Manor and I was assisted by the inventory manager Ernest Letuka. I was buying a detergent combo that was priced for R64.99 only for it to scan R109.00 at the till, when I asked that they give me for that price Ernest encouraged me to rather complain even though the items were clearly incorrectly priced. I wasted a good 20minutes and I was still told that the price will not be changed even though it's not my fault.
