Appalling service

Hi My name is Sweetness I just wanted to voice my complete disappointment in the service of the Pick n Pay in Middestad, today 01/02/2023 I went to go get breakfast at the shop and only to find that they where not open i got to the store at 07:20am the posters at the door say they open at 07:30am, but as usual they did not open at that time. i had to stand outside until 07:45 before speaking to the assistant manager Pam Vana who seemed not to know what was going on at the store . I requested to speak to the manager Quayoom Bota but was told he had not arrived yet. On top of waiting a hour for the store to open which resulted in me being late and getting a warning there was no ready made food , instead the lady's at the hot food section where just chatting away.

This is not the first incident of the store not sticking to the communication that they had given there clients. I am beyond disappointed
