Appalling service

That PNP ASAP app is the biggest ****, I placed an order on the 25th of June 2025, firstly some items where not available and that I understand because it happens sometimes however they further charged me for an item they did not deliver.

I opened up a dispute with them on the same day and they assured me that I will be refunded for the items that they did not have as well as the item that charged me for yet did not deliver.

It’s not the 7th of July and I still haven’t received my refund and I’ve been following up via email and my emails go unanswered.

This is honestly appalling service- they have proven to be ********s.

I’ll stick to Checkers 60 as I don’t experience all this **** from them.
