Appalling service
I have never in my entire being felt so belittled by a cashier in my life. Tidimalo Makhaya is the most rudest, entitled, barbarian. Here I came to PnP Liquor store Maponya to buy col drink. We were standing in a different queue as she came and sat on the next till. I then crossed over and called my sister over. As I got there I greeted her, she kept looking away and never responded. I then greeted again thinking she didn't hear me. She then looked at me then looked away. I said to her I'm just greeting she looked at me and said "do you have a smartshopper? I just stood there in awe as my baby sister paid for the stuff then we left without saying a word. I don't understand why I had to bother myself greeting on the till thinking it is a polite thing to do when you guys put a rude uncultured girl who thinks it is my job to service her with a smile and not the other way around. I come shop at Pick n Pay Maponya mall every week with my mother and sister. Not even once have I ever came across such attitude, of anything I even sent a compliment for the kind of service that I always received from the ladies at the tills. Where on earth did you unearth this creep? Or does your staff receive different training or is she the special one? I'm so disappointed and annoyed that I had to deal with her. I need someone from a very high seat to deal with her or else I promise you now that your customers are going to be extremely unhappy with the kind of behavior they have to deal with when coming to Maponya and it is an unpleasant sight! I personally have to reconsider my shopping there.
