Appalling service

On 26th of August at Pick 'n Pay, Pinecrest Centre, Pinetown, I was in a queue for more than 45mins at the kiosk. I consulted Alvin, an Indian gentleman, the manager, to get someone to work the second till in, which was closed on the a very busy weekend after pay day for, order for the queue to progress. The manager did not have an assisting attitude and seemed irritated with customers for consulting him with issues. As well as the cashier, who was eventually found kept taking unnecessary strolls whilst there was large queue waiting, chatting to his colleague whilst customers wait and a very disguising attitude, as he served customers . This gentleman's name is Allen, a black fellow. If standing in long queues for prolonged amounts of time, being ignored by employees who should be assisting customers and receiving appalling attitudes from the staff as well as store management then as consumers we will be forced to take our business somewhere else.
