appalling service

the service of click and collect of Pick n Pay Hypermarket - Faerie Glen is appalling . I had to leave without my order because I waited for an hour for my order. when I got there the were people who waiting for more than an hour to collect their order. when I called their call center to complain they logged a call and today they send me this"Your call with reference *********xx order collection has been completed, we appreciate your continued support, if we can be of any more assistance please feel free to contact us again! Should you require any further assistance contact our Call Centre on ***for calls made both within South Africa or internationally." after waiting for more than two weeks no explanation.
