Appalling response!

I went to pick n pay today to buy a few things and had already bought some stuff elsewhere at the door the security guard by the name of Mfundo Ntombela (as written on the note given at pick n pay about 1,65 metres tall, light brown top and a scar on his upper left eye), he checked my goods and noticed I had danone amongst the stuff I had bought elsewhere, he asked the lady he works with what to do and she said he can write or sign on it since there were no stickers,when he tried to do so, the danone slipped from his hands to the bin right next to him and it went open, seeing that it was now open I then told him,he seemed rubbed off by this and said what must he do?

I then said I will not take it back, had it fallen without breaking,it wouldn't have been a problem and that he must sort it out while I am entering pick n pay, this is the pick n pay in protea glen mall where Ntombela works,on my return after buying a few things I found him at the door and I asked him if he has sorted it out, he said no and that at pick n pay they only sell a stack of danone not single ones, for me this is not about the danone it was a matter on which Ntombela handled the whole thing, I asked him to go call his manager he rudely refused and said over just a danone and made hissing sounds at this stage I was furious and could not believe what he just said, Nadia who works at Pick n pay then came over to assist I explained everything and she replaced the danone, another gentleman who works with Nadia came over and also told Ntombela to apologise to which he never wanted to until eventually he uttered a very cold and bitter " I am sorry" out of his mouth with a disgusted face, now if Ntombela has been trained properly or is an ethical human being he would have just apologised for the mistake and I would have accepted his apology and left but the first insult was when he said over just a danone and when I said it went inside a dust bin its no longer hygienic to be given to a child after since it went open from falling and he further hissed and also made statements like I do not have money, what is wrong with you? can you not see that this is a mistake? and when I said I will lay a complain he said do it, I do not care! Africa's hand security services, a person who behaves in this manner shows no remorse and no accountability for his actions and is very disrespectful to Pick 'n pay customers, its employees and reflects exactly what Africa's hand security services is about! He undermined me as a woman in front of my child and even undermined himself! We have plenty of people looking for jobs and who take their jobs seriously, we do not need this type of grouse attitude anywhere near retail consumers.

I have never dealt with such a rude security guard in my life and wonder what on earth is he doing working at a grocery shop when he clearly has not idea what his doing! Pick ' n pay Protea Glen and Africa's hand security services it is your responsibility to hire candidates that know how to handle customers.
