Appalling Pick n Pay service

Appalling in fact atrocious service from Pick n pay The Glen and Fourways The worst part is that it's the nonchalance of the two store managers here, Tshepo and Sefako I was even thinking maybe its because I'm a black female so my issue is not a priority Pick n pay Clearwater didn't have the baby formula I needed but they sent me to pick it up from The Glen Tshepo said they had 6 units and when I got there 30 minutes later not only was he not there but there was no formula too I was made to wait from 16:30 till 18:10 just to be told they can't help Sefako from Fourways had stock but wasn't willing to help I basically drove from the West rand to the South for NOTHING!
