Appalling customer service from Pick n Pay ASAP

It's been a month and a half and still i am awaiting a refund on a product that i was invoiced for but never via ASAP. I was called by your customer service but never received the voucher or my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and shows your lack of interest in retaining customers
