Appalling Customer Service Experience

Good day

I visited your branch earlier today. I noticed the Cremora 750g was on special and then I mistakenly took 1.2kg. Your cashier Palesa Khoza had no customer interest in explaining which one was on special. I only managed to get assistance from the lady who was packing the grocery. Kindly send my compliment to her. Palesa can learn a lot from the packer on how to treat customers. Her service is appalling.
