Appalling customer service at Pick n Pay

Why is it that Pick n Pay in Gardens Centre Cape Town NEVER picks up the phone. on the 13th (thirteenth) time ringing, it was answered by someone who then left the phone to look for someone and then never returned. I held on for 15minutes to no avail. This is an ongoing problem with Pick n Pay in Garden Centre where the service is Appalling. This has happened to me numerous times
