Appalling customer Service
Pick n pay kwaDukuza Mall, a teller by the name of Mabongi showed disgusting attitude towards me. Late afternoon on Saturday as I was making my way to the till point, there were no customers as it was near to closing time, as I approached the ramp to the pay point, she looked at me and turned her back towards and continued socializing with her neighbouring teller with no care in the world that she should attend to me. I even made mention of how unprofessional her conduct was but she was not bothered at all. I know pick n pay to hold high standards of customer service and employees like her destroy such values of the company. I am very appalled by this attitude. Why be at work and not want to service people whom you are hired to serve.
