Appalling customer experience
I bought a Alva 3 panel gas heater at pick n pay Alberton New Market on the 24 May 2019. It gave me problems and I had to take it to the store with the till-slip last week on the 6the of June 2019. It’s been over a week and the floor manager “Maria” has been sending me from pillar to post. It’s been 7 days in the middle of winter and every time I fall they change their story every time. I’ve even called head office and they claim that it’s a supplier at fault.
