Appalling and unprofessional service by Pick n Pay ASAP customer support.
Appalling and unprofessional service by Pick n Pay ASAP customer support detailed:
In reference to my order number ***6
1. I made the order on 19 April at 19:07pm on the app 2. PNP accepted the order 3. I was informed delivery will be made by 20:30pm 4. I received SMSes stating PNP will be using Uber for delivery. I got links to track driver etc. 5. Driver smsed and phoned me to confirm address. I confirmed x3. 6. I kept waiting and no arrival. The app delivery time kept changing. 7. I received numerous SMSes stating order is cancelled and new driver assigned. New links and smses sent. 8. The app kept rescheduling delivery time up and I kept getting cancellation smses. I recieved 8 smses. 9. I called customer support and was told to call in the morning to reschedule. 10. I called in the morning at 8am to reschedule to 5pm. 11. Thereafter I got a call at 9am saying my delivery is at my gate yet im at work. 12. I called customer support again to find out what is happening. I spoke to a manager by the name of Jamie and he gave excuses of despatches and different depts and doesnt know what is happening. I asked him to call me back once sorted cos I wasted over 30 mins of airtime and send an email. He said he doesnt know when he can get back to me cos he is in meetings throughout the day and not at the desktop. I was flabbergasted by that statement. Unprofessional and appalling service. I told him not once has anyone apologised. I kept calling and was given false pretenses. Irritating smses.
I felt I was bothering PNP customer support. Am I doing a favour to PNP? Am I selling products to them or buying from them? Who pays the salaries of the PNP support staff? Why call themselves "support" or add "asap" to the name.
To date I have not had any formal communication.
