Appalled with the terrible customer service

In the week I went shopping at Pick 'n pay plumstead. Disgusted is an understatement of how I felt by the poor customer service by this establishment. I witnessed a current employee fat shaming a previous employee and laughing in her face about it. The issue with this is that this could have been a tipping point for this young woman. And there have already been various complaints about these particular employees and management seems to be doing nothing about it. Pick n pay reprimand your staff and stop letting this behavior slide. I had the utmost respect for this establishment but that respect is slowly dwindling.
