Appalled by the level of service at PICK N PAY CORNUBIA

Hi. AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AT PICK N PAY CORNUBIA!!!! Firstly this is the second time that I have placed an order for groceries and my order not delivered. I have been waiting since early this morning and have been home bound due to awaiting delivery. We do lead very busy lives and this was supposed to be a convenience not the opposite way around. No one at the store answers our calls for help. The most frustrating thing is that I have to feed my kids and we all know how hungry kiddies behave when their tummies are hurting for food. We are made to wait absolutely ridiculously long periods of time waiting for consultants to answer a call. The last time this happened they made me wait almost a full week before they refunded ....imagine 1 full week with no food in our home with 2 kids to feed. Still now again they don't respond. They don't even know who the drivers are that come to pick up stock for delivery. I am appalled by the level of service I have been given as a regular paying customer. With today's order I have made no one has bothered to pick up the phone so I could find out what's going on. PLEASE HELP.
