Appalled

Today the 23 February 2023 at PnP Quali Save Wynberg, I had the most unpleasant PnP experience EVER!!!!!! Being a PnP shopper for years, I was disgusted at the level or no level of customer service offered by cashier Miranda. The bag of apples priced R16.99 in two bays, she charged me R26.99. On informing her that it's not priced R26.99, she already started giving me ugly attitude as if I'm disgusting and irritating her. I usually notify them, so they could fix it before it escalates into something ugly. Her attitude had me cancelling my purchase but she proceeded to complete the sale and said if i want my money back, I must go to Customer Service. Having my money in her hand, she opened the till and put my cash inside. She called her Supervisor Andiswe which was a pleasant soul. Did not treat me like nothing but the cashier was scolding, rolling her eyes and clicking here tongue at me. Scolding to supervisor in her own language, in front of me. Neither offered an apology or for me as the customer to pay the price that I saw. I will be be returning there.
