APPALLED!!!!

If I could I wouldn't give Pick 'n Pay Westwood any stars as they have appalling customer service. I have been looking for a microwave and they have microwaves on special, so I phoned them and firstly they tell me they do still have stock, then someone else says they don't have stock. After this they said they will go and check for stock and 15 minutes later I am still waiting on the line wasting my money for them to come back to me. I have phoned at least three times this morning and the same thing happened each time. Now I have tried to call again at least three times and they are not answering their phone. I am now wondering if they can't even do something simple like answer a telephone call, what service will I receive if I buy appliances from them?
