Appaling service from Pick n Pay

A few months back I complained about a latex finger found in food bought at Pick n Pay. The company responded to my personal email with the normal feedback indicating they are taking it seriously and will be in contact.

Up to today, Pick n Pay did not contact me. Is that why they do it personal and not on hellopeter so that it seems as if they respond but really nothing happens.
