Appaling customer service at Pick n Pay Village mall

Good day. I'd like to lodge a complaint about the poor service at PnP village mall. Today at around 12h00 I called the store to check if they had the special for 3x JC le roux non alcoholic wine for R190 and Katlego confirmed that they have the special. I subsequently asked him to keep 15 wines for me and he did. Around 15h30 I went to the store and the wines are scanning R204 for 3 and I'm told the special had ended and they're unable to override. After driving all the way, wasting my time, waiting for Karabo the manager or supervisor who had gone forever to check with the store owner and still came back to say there's nothing they can do, after wasting my petrol as well. Not even an apology. What a terrible customer service. I'm appalled. What's the use of calling beforehand to confirm the prices if I am still going to be made a fool and the store takes no responsibility for their mistake. I'm not happy at all.
