App is friendlier and more helpful than staff
I have spoken to 4 people in different departments at you customer care line and no one is able to assist with a very easy matter . I'm dissappinted as the asap app is more user friendly than your staff I've spoken to vkay,nazeera and zenande to name a few and I have still not been assisted .
