App delivery
Pick n Pay app is loosing it's touch and becoming arrogant, I'm experiencing the same problem for the third time in a row, I ordered through an app at around 16h00 on Saturday and I received my order the next day at around 8am and I complained about this beforr through email and no boddy addressed the problem to me that's very arrogant and lack of customer care I can't believe you do same thing over and over and the app indicate dilivery time only when you have already paid so you cant even cancel the order. this time I didn't send back the driver because i feel for him this is unacceptable I'm very disappointed at you! I'm deleting the app I will not buy no more using the app

And my question is that why do you accept my funds and not give me the option to cancel the order the time I see the delivery will come the next day, your reason is still unacceptable you have to fix the problem don't justify the poor service as it affects customers
