aphelile ama smart shopper

For the past few months I have been asking for a smart shopper card and all I hear at PnP Tembi mall is "aphelile"..

I tried raising the issue with PnP whatsapp line and they advised that I can't do it online I must physically go to the store and they have enough smart shoppers...I drove there 3 time and all I hear is "aphelile" meaning finished...

And the reason why I am writing this is they make you feel stupid if you don't have the card at the till point and some customers don't like it when you ask them to swipe for you..

I am gatvol with Tembi mall and the sad part is...its it's only 10min drive from my house.
