Apathetic, Disgusting treatment

I would like to bring to your attention the absolute apathetic disgusting treatment I received at the Pick and Pay branch in Oribi Plaza in Port Shepstone.

I sent my self R500 to do shopping at PICK N PAY!!! With the Nedbank money app, the voucher CLERALY states I may cash it at Pick and Pay.

When arriving at the cigarette counter at about 11:45am, I wanted to cash my voucher so I could do some shopping, after having to wait for the cashier to finish her conversation with another staff member. I'm met with a person that clearly doesn't want to serve me, she hardly acknowledged my presence after finishing her conversation, I asked if I could cash my voucher, with a big sigh and a look on her face that just says why are you bothering me, she tells me no I cant cash it unless I spend R500 at your store, I do not believe this is the agreement Pick and Pay has with Nedbank? Secondly I'm trying to spend the money at the store I'm asking to cash in the voucher, what the hell? giving me trouble to spend my hard earned cash at your store? So since you don't want my money I will no longer frequent any Pick and Pay.

There are plenty of people in Port Shepstone whom are desperate for work, and willing to do a good job, perhaps you should rather employ them because the lady that "served" me clearly had absolutely intention of helping me.
