Apalled by don't care attitude of manager

I'm apalled at what I have experienced today from Pick n Pay Kilburn. Aside from that I KNOW I'M WASTING MY TIME WRITING this and only frustrating myself because nothing will be done, is going to change or will either get a reply from them explaining something that has to do with nothing. I never thought this would happen. So upon getting to the door noticing the notice of wearing the masks in store I noticed I didnt have mine. So the lady at the door stops me and tells me that I have to wear my mask. No problem with that but what I failed to understand is the customers I pointed out to her thats not wearing them. Telling me she "doesnt care" I asked to explain to me why there are customers in the shop without masks. She ignored me and goes to the manager. Best of all is that the manager sends her back, doesnt bother getting of his backside and explain to the customer or to come and see what is happening, she comez back shaking her head. I asked her to please tell me why the cashier in their shop doesnt have her mask on and then she starts talking in her own language to the cashier. After returning with my mask I directly went to the manager to complain about his rude staff as this was a complaint already addressed before on Hellopeter, and I explained the above to him. He said that he doesnt know why she doesnt have a mask because she is supposed to have one. I told him that I don't know what's happening in this shop as I had various complaints logged and nothing comes of it. He said oh like what. As I was about to explain he just opens his drawer and continue talking on with the staff member that was there with him. Not sorry, not I will look into it, nothing. I walked out as I couldn't believe what just happened. This is the first time in my life I saw such a bad approach from a manager. Such a don't care approach but atleast that explains why the shop is in the condition that it is in. Difference is I know why people don't like PnP ****burn, like people say, and dont Hellopeter it or whatever the case may be and its because they saw that nothing happens in anycase. They see it is just a waste of time. Time and time again they just show that their customers dont mean jack to them, they proved it again today. I really really feel sorry for the 3 people working there that outshines the whole shop and unfortunately I dont have their names as they deserve to be set aside from the rest of the "bad apples" that work there. Worst of all is they put one of the 3 in the shelves to pack and the rude ones on the tills. In case PnP ****burn haven't noticed but its the wrong way around. Don't worry though its just an unhappy customer opinion and not the opinion of one of your buddy buddy customers so don't worry too much about It. Its what PnP Kilburn does best.
