Anton at PnP Hartbeepoort is an idiot

I got a puncture on the mountain bike coming down a trail. I accidentally forgot my tube repair kit at home. I went to PnP hartbee****rt to see if they had anything. The staff member I asked said they didnt know, I asked the staf member if they could direct me, No was the answer. I asked if there was a manager that might be able to help me, the staff member said "Dont know". I was leaving when I saw a manager called "Anton". I explained the situationa and wanted to show him the staff member. He said no as he needs to speak to all the staff as it is against the POPI act. He then proceeded to lecture me about popi act. Anton, your an idiot if you think that you cant individually sort out staff members. It seems that when you get fired from street sweeping, PnP will make you a manger.
