Another **** by PnP ASAP!
Pick n Pay ASAP! is running another **** called Spin to Win. Despite purchasing off the app last week I was not provided with an entry to the promotion. I raised the issue with PnP and received useless feedback from Keenan George. My further follow up has been ignored, and this being the last day of the promotion I presume PnP will revert to me thereafter and advise the promotion has since ended - their usual response to the ****s they run!

05 Feb 2023, 09:57There is always a delay with providing a response and when you do there is no assistance provided. I await assistance on this matter. I trust you will honour the promotion or refund me for the purchases I made as a result of the delay and lack in providing assistance.
