Another Pick n Pay ASAP Failure

There is a reason I almost always use the app of your competitor. Today, after a long time, I used your app again. As usual, there are issues. If your driver does not come here by 15h00, which is much later than when they were supposed to arrive, Pick n Pay can keep its groceries and refund all my money. I always have to waste my money on phone calls to try to get Pick n Pay to deliver.
