Another EPIC FAIL for pnp online!
Yet another terrible experience at Pick n pay online! Tried to update my online order. On the site it updated, but the email list update sent to me was not updated, but the total order R value was the same! I spent more than 35 minutes on the phone with Casey Snyman who was very polite, but unable to assist me or transfer my call to a supervisor (I have never spoken to one of these people in all my calls (many!) to pick n pay....I wonder if they even exist? I also sent a message on Pick n Pays facebook page...but no reply. When this online shopping system started about 8 years ago, it was poor. It has got steadily worse. Shoddy system and staff not fami**** with it's workings. The only way you can get a problem sorted at Pick nPay.....is to write a review on Hello Peter! Another EPIC FAIL by pnp.
