Another disastrous encounter with Pick n Pay ASAP!!! 3rd week in a row!!

Another disastrous encounter this week, I was appeased with a R30 apology voucher for waiting for 8 hours for my delivery last week. Today I received the completely incorrect order and received a message stating that my delivery was unsuccessful because I was unavailable. The app is currently down, so I have no way of tracking the order. So frustrated and disgusted. I will receive a generic "private" message from the contact center in 2 minutes stating that a phantom consultant will investigate and call me back in approximately 24 months.
