Another bad experience

One disastrous experience after another with Pick N Pay ASAP - I placed an order on Tuesday afternoon and the order was not delivered to me. I queried this several times and received a call from one of your consultants who advised me that due to some technical issue, the order would not be delivered on the same day.

She asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted the goods to be delivered the next day. I advised her that the goods should be delivered the next day, at the same time that I placed the order that day because I would not be at home during the day.

Subsequently, the order was apparently sent out for delivery at 08:00am the next morning and off course as advised, I was not at home because I was at work.

I do not know if the order was actually sent out for delivery or not but I did not receive this order.

I have been querying this on the app everyday since then and no1 has provided me with any feedback till now.

I always have issues with this service and it is extremely disappointing.
