Annoying smses
<p>So PNP Brackenhurst somehow got my mobile number and proceeds to harrass me with their annoying specials. I live nowhere near and don't want this unsolicited spam. There is no opt out, so I called and asked to be removed... still more smses, I asked and explained this made me unhappy - the person assured me my number would be removed but refused to give me his name so I could call back if it wasn't (WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ***). Needless to say I am still getting stupid SMSes from brakenhurst PNP - I now sop exclusively at Spar and Woolies because I am so ****ed off with how rude they were.</p> <p> </p> <p>I strongly recommend that at no time let Pick and Pay get hold of your phone number!!!</p>
This response is pretty useless. I have called your phone lines and called the branch in question to no avail - that is why you got a bad review. It is now your time to contact your branch and fix the situation. I continue to boycott Pick n Pay.
