Annoying and disgusting service

I write this review very annoyed, normally I would write these kind of letters after I have sought help from the company first, but I have called their call center which was not of any help,spoke to a lady called Anita who was of no help at all, she kept apologizing which I didn't need anyway,all I needed was satisfactory service. It was 13:29 when I placed my order and one of the items was a bottle of wine, and I'm quite fami**** with the regulation of the that states 15: 00 cut off. Firstly my order says it will be delivered at 15:30 its a long time but it's okay let me give them the benefit of the doubt, next thing my order gets canceled due to an unavailable item, I then decide to replace the order it is now 14:30 mind the time that they have wasted, to my surprise wine is jo longer available, it can only be delivered the next day, I don't need wine on a Monday morning and I was within the time limit when I placed my order the 1st and the second, which by the way has an extended delivery time. Buy now I'm annoyed I wanna cancel this order and rather shop with what I'm used to which is Checkers 60 60, I call the call center explain my frustration and ask them to cancel my order and refund me so I can use this money elsewhere, I am told the procedure to do it, AND WAIT FOR IT!!!! It will only reflect on my account in the next 3 t0 10 working days! really? Who said from what I have experienced I would like yo shop with you again? This was my first order and what a welcome I received and another thing , the code for the welcome gift that was sent through email by Andile said its not available anymore, and when I read it said expires on the 20th and today is the 20th, we'll I also overlooked it. But let's be realistic your service is appalling and annoying and I swear I will never ever shop with you anymore let alone enter your stores, my first time experience with you was a disaster that I don't want to be reminded off, so please get that R43.00off that wallet into my bank account ASAP.
