Anika Seleka was very rude and never resolved my query with Pick and Pay
After complaining on this site about how I was double charged by Pick and Pay for my order numbered ***4 they sent me an email with ref number *** and then I was contacted by a very rude someone named Anika Seleka who tried to make the whole thing go away by offering me a measly R100 for my troubles and when I declined and told her that R100 is an insult considering what I went through she then insulted me and told me I can go to hell. I then asked to speak to the CEO and she told me she was the CEO. I told her I would only consider compensation for inconvenience from R1000 nothing less then she told me she is charge and it will never happen. I would like the real CEO of Pick and Pay to contact me please.

17 Dec 2024, 11:35Just for update, I still have not heard anything from the Pick and Pay and their CEO. It's been 3 days since I reopened this complain and still nothing. This is shocking!

18 Dec 2024, 02:58Day 4 has come and gone since I re-opened my complaint about being double charged by Pick and Pay and I still haven't received any feedback from Pick and Pay or their CEO. They are by far the worst company in terms of customer service and service delivery in SA 🇿🇦!!
