Anika Seleka of Pick N Pay was rude and didn't resolve my complaint!!!

Anika Seleka was very rude and never resolved my query with Pick and Pay After complaining on this site about how I was double charged by Pick and Pay for my order they sent me an email and then I was contacted by a very rude someone named Anika Seleka who tried to make the whole thing go away by offering me a measly R100 for my troubles and when I declined and told her that R100 is an insult considering what I went through she then insulted me and told me I can go to hell. I then asked to speak to the CEO and she told me she was the CEO. I told her I would only consider compensation for inconvenience from R1000 nothing less then she told me she is charge and it will never happen. I would like the real CEO of Pick and Pay to contact me please
