Angry, frustrated to happy and satisfied.

For a few months I experienced problems with my Smart Shopper Credit card, in that, for no reason [other than bad admin] my card was declined. This went on for 3 months resulting in inconvenience and embarrassment [standing at till with other customers behind me, to be told my card was declined - what the other customers must have thought!! - the George Mall PnP store manager, Donald and staff were most helpful but could not get the assistance we needed from the RCS consultant, spending an hour on the telephone each time and being assured my card was now operative, only to find it declined again - I was no the point of cutting up my card - but the Store manager located someone senior to assist, Ntombi - that changed everything - they turned me from an angry customer to one who is satisfied. Sok it shows, get to someone who knows that to do. Thank you Donald and Ntombi.
