Angry,Embarrassed Shopper/ Distasteful PNP process

05.03.2016 - Due to PNP NOT informing there customers they were experiencing offline difficulties,i had paid with my cheque card for my monthly groceries,with sms notification as confirmation the transaction has be paid successfully, PNP claimed that the transaction was pending as STD bank was offline.i was asked to leave the trolley & to \sort\" it out with my bank-Which was located on the opposite end of the shopping mall.After obtaining a stamped statement reflecting the payment was made successfully.After wasting my time in a shopping queue,paying for goods i couldn't leave the store with,and having to waiting a full bank on a Saturday morning
