Angry customer

The pik n pay At Maponya mall gives THE WORST service!!! First,I ordered 2 boxes of all bran via the pik n pay app only to receive 1.was push from one person to another spending almost R70 airtime cause the “relevant department never answers the phone.

Now today I order 3 chocolate slabs and get a msg that I need to replace some items as they out of stock,I do that and now the app shows 2 chocolates to be delivered when i have been charged for 3.I call the store once again to be assisted by a lady (Nyiko) who sounded as though she does not know what she’s talking about and was advised that the people who deal with orders are not in the store…I really don’t understand where the driver is gonna get my order. I DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THE PIK N PAY APP IN SOWETO,cause WOW!!!THE INCONVENIENCE THEY PUT YOU THROUGH IS RIDICULOUS
