Angry customer 😡😡

Today I had an encounter where I had to link my smart shopper to my Pick ‘n Pay ASAP app to my suprise the otp was sent to a cellphone number I do not know when I phoned the call centre I spoke to Lisa who explained that maybe someone who assisted with the smart shopper registration used their own number I’m so furious right now because the options given to me are not assisting me with the issue at hand mind you I’ve had this smart shopper for the longest time

Can someone please explain how does such a thing happen honestly because now I’m stuck needing to buy on the app I’m unable to get the discount because I can’t link my smart shopper card 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
