Angry customer
I am disappointed in Pick and pay not being able to deliver in Soweto. We have been advised to say home and rather use delivery services but this makes difficult for us with pick and pay not able to deliver to us even though we are good customers. Takealot, Mr Deliver and more deliver to Soweto no problem.
They find is safe enough to open stores in Soweto but cannot provide delivery services, I feel that this is double standards and will never shop at pick and pay again because they do not value me as their customer.
I do not want to be standing in lines of their stores and put my family at risk of contracting this disease, worst of all, our local store does not have all the things that I need. I am very angry.
