My partner recently purchased a AIM 49 inch Smart TV for R4999.00 with the intention of watching/streaming servives such as Netflix, Showmax, DSTV Now. After numerous attempts to try update the apps on Google play store we been unsuccessful and we have been reading the reviews on Hellopeter and the sentiment is that 90% of the consumers have been experiencing the very same issue ! It is absolutely false advertising as they promise all the bells an whistles on the box however none of these apps work! It even comes pre-loaded with Netflix and it doesnt work? I mean really? If the app store on this TV is unlicenced, why is PicknPay selling it? Lastly the Pick n Pay hasn’t done enough to avoid this problem, am sorry to say but I now have very little respect for this brand Please review your VALUES as a brand that hasn’t been client centric Otherwise discontinue selling the AIM Smart TV
