Angry and Dissapointed

I did shopping today at pick n pay oakfields Benoni , I was so dissapointed in their service. I brought some groceries and coldrinks 2 L's . The price on the shelf says R13-99 , it scanned R 19-99 , so I said to them but the price tag says R13-99 why does it scan R19-99 ? Oh what do they say ? The tag is broken sorry the price is R19-99 . So I said but what now ? They say nothing we can do , thats the price . What happened about customer rights , they discuss me , they are ***** with the people even the poor old people , I must buy some where else , very angry .
