Angie from Hot Foods section very rude and poor service.

I went into Pick n Pay Northcliff Square on the 14th August 2023 to withdraw money so I decided to buy some chips at the Hot Foods section, when I got there I stood there waiting to be served the lady named Angie didnt even acknowledge my presence, I had to greet her and still she was busy when she finally acknowledged I asked for R20 chips she weighed them and turned to me with and shouted R22.57 as if I was wasting her time she came and passed the chips as if I was begging for them and not paying however she turns without asking if that would be all I asked her for the spice and she looked at me with a livid facial expression and pointed and shouted "there" in a tone like I was working on her nerves, I merely asked her why is she so angry, she turned and said to me in vernacular which translates to: " Heh bra do you know me since you claim to know me when I am angry" and she kept giving me a look like I am dirty or she is in disgust, I honestly dont understand how a big brand like Pick n Pay allows its staff to treat consumers like they are doing us a favour, Angie is rude and she doesnt approach people in a proper manner I am so disappointed in how she served me, let alone the audacity to call me bra as a customer and to ask me Do I know her since I claim to know her when she is angry, she tends to forget that it is the career choice she made and she needs to live upto Pick n Pays standards the service was pathetic and she was very unprofessional I am not happy at all and mesures of disciplinary have to be looked into this is very poor service.
